Yacht co-ownership is coming to Asia.
Own a real share of a crewed yacht from builders like Benetti and Absolute, alongside a few other owners. It’s your boat, not a charter or a club. SeaNet handles the crew, upkeep and scheduling, so you just turn up and go.
Smarter than charter. Easier than full ownership.
Most private yachts sit at the marina for all but a few weeks a year. Co-ownership fixes that. A few owners share one boat, so it gets used, and nobody is paying for the months it sits still.
Pay for your share,
not the whole boat.
The purchase price and yearly costs are split between the owners, according to how much each one holds.
Step aboard,
cruise, step off.
No hiring crew, chasing repairs or renewing insurance. The management team handles all of it and sends every owner clear accounts.
Fix 03 · CalendarYour days,
booked ahead.
Owners plan their time on a shared calendar. Priority rotates each year, so no one is always left with the dates nobody wanted. A single day for a birthday or a client lunch works too.
Hear it from the owners.
SeaNet has run co-ownership for nearly 20 years. Here’s what its owners say about sharing a boat.
“The service, hospitality, and attention throughout the trip have been first rate. Our guests have all felt at home. We wanted to share our appreciation before the trip had even ended.”
“Food was amazing, better than expected. The captain was so knowledgeable about the area, and his contacts in the ports were very helpful.”
“We take a lot of very nice vacations, but our time on our boat has been above and beyond. The most memorable vacations our family has ever had!”
“Croatia is more beautiful than expected, but more importantly, Perla is exquisite. What a lovely beginning to a new adventure.”
“Co-ownership is the only way we’d do it. It’s smarter financially, and we’re using the boat way more than we ever would have thought.”
“Everything is perfect! The crew is amazing, the chef’s food is on point, and the boat is just gorgeous. You guys rock!”
“We had the most amazing time with a truly outstanding crew. We are very, very happy with our first trip onboard Perla!”
“SeaNet Yachts are true professionals. They follow through on everything to perfection. There is nobody we trust more!”
“This is definitely 5-star service. From day one, I was treated like a VIP. I would recommend SeaNet to anyone looking for a boat.”

Before you ask.
The things people ask us first. Anything else, the form below reaches a person.
No. With a timeshare you buy the right to use something. Here you own part of the yacht itself: each boat is held by its own company, and you own a share of that company, usually 25%. Your share is an asset you can sell, and you have a say in how the boat is run.
Whenever you like. SeaNet lists your share and finds a buyer through its network of interested owners, and a resale fee of [10%] applies. As with any yacht, the price depends on the boat’s age and the market at the time.
Charter works well for a week now and then. Co-ownership is for people who want to be out regularly. You get the same boat and the same crew every time, set up the way you like it, with no hunting for availability and no charter extras added on top. If you’re on the water [four or more weeks] a year, owning a share starts to make more sense than chartering.
The yacht doesn’t belong to SeaNet. It’s owned by its own company, and that company belongs to you and the other owners. SeaNet manages the boat for you, but the boat is never on SeaNet’s books. In Hong Kong, [SeaNet Asia Limited] runs the program with [LOCAL PARTNER].
Yes, and fairly. Owners take turns choosing dates in a set order, and the order rotates every year, so no one is always first or always last. Each owner gets [one major holiday a year], can hold [three or four] bookings at once, and can book a single day for a birthday or a client lunch.
There are three parts:
- Your share of the yacht, paid once.
- A fixed yearly running cost covering the crew, berth, insurance and maintenance, billed [quarterly].
- Trip costs such as fuel and food, billed after each trip.
There are no surprise repair bills; maintenance is planned and shared. A share isn’t an investment, and like any yacht its value goes down over time. What you’re paying for is time on the water without the work.
